Mandatory duties of a commissioner: Add new coaches from the waiting list, and remove coaches who are no longer participating. Answer questions from your coaches. Pro: watch over the transactions (especially trades) to prevent cheating. Other duties of a commissioner: Promote your league. Post openings on apropos newsgroups and web lists - especially sport-specific lists, since we try to keep the DEL site listed on general listings. Make your league interesting and different.
