Buckland Celtic-#2 talent in EFA, and I am currently 5-1-5. My AA goalie cant
seem to stop 2 shots in a row, and some very middle of the road teams have
totally shut us down.
Its fortunate that my hair is buzzed, otherwise Id have torn it all out by now.
Seriously, this is driving me NUTS! I really thought I had assembled a great
team here, but apparently not. Whats even worse then the season being wrecked
after 11 games is, the salaries Im paying are going to leave me broke by
season's end.
So now Im wondering what I did wrong.
This may have something to do with it . . . *Team chemistry: poor*. Im guessing
it has to be part of the problem.
Question: why is my team chemistry this bad, and how can I improve it?
Any thoughts on how/why this debacle is taking place are appreciated . . .
