The soccer PbP seems sort of lacking IMO.
Not one defender is named. The ball was cleared by a fullback, picked up at
midfield by Lukach and he dribbled all the way down the field and shot. This
was against Heavy Defense with 5 fullbacks, was it a break away? or did he just
dribble by a few guys?
Which defenders missed tackles, who tried to block the shot?
It's a tough game to follow and evaluate without this, the other sports PbP's
seem more informative.

what i have understood in the past is that failed defense attempt doesn't show
in the pbp. you would only see pass intercepted or other successful moves.

yeah I realize it doesn't show....
I'm just wondering why? Every other sport has a detailed PbP which includes
defensive actions.....
I think it would be benefit to soccer to. The SIM is obvioulsy tracking them.

I tend to sound like a whiner......
It would be cool, to see the challenges in the PbP though.
When I play most of the games I read the PbP like I'm watching the game on
TV..... Their are times in soccer where it reads like teasm are running
unopposed.
