If I recall correctly, several seasons back there were rules debated on and
approved which limited the age/trn level of players on juniors rosters.
To the best of my knowledge, these rules are still in force. Some coaches seem
to have forgotten them, I guess?

Hi Guys,
Serge and I comely agreed that some regulation should be made in regards to the
minor leagues.
Some teams have guys who are over 26 year old, and some game results are weird,
and we think it's plain stupid to hire guys so the opposing teams don’t get
them, and thus for three main reasons:
- It does not reflect reality, cos you will never see a team hire a player and
put him in the minors so another team doesn't get him
- This is not the purpose of a minor league team. The minor league team is to
stack up on prospects so you can build for the future i.e. baseball
- It will eventually hurt the league on the long term. Teams who have built a
strong minor will greatly benefit from it, and we will end up with few
contending teams.
Therefore, we propose the following changes:
- If player age is over 25 then the team will be fined
- If player age is under 25 and training over 19 the team is fined UNLESS the
player in question has a minor league option left on his contract.
- Every team is ALLOWED to have and UP TO 2 players that violate those rules in
their minor team.
- Therefore, if you have TWO OR LESS players violating the rules, you are NOT
subject to a fine.
- BUT if you have THREE OR MORE Players that violates those rules, then you are
FINED 1M at the beginning of the season, at mid season point and at the end of
season for a maximum total of 3M.
If a general consensus is reached, those regulations will start as soon as this
seasons. For a general consensus to be reached, we will go wit a majority
voting in favor or against those rules, and thus by Sunday night.
If we get no reply what so ever, then we will conclude that you all agree with
this.
Serge and I cannot emphasize enough how important those regulation and how much
good it will do to the league, especially on the long term.
