Hi,

I have just lost a player (Deluca on HEL Dartmouth) to
a career ending injury. Does anyone know if I just
'lose' the money for the rest of his 2 year contract?
Or was I smart enough to have a clause in the contract
to cover this possibility?

Also, as I cannot play him, does he still count
against my roster?

Should I cut him/submit buyout??

Thanks for any advice
Dick B.

Hey Dick,

Tough loss, it has happened to me a few times during my play. You can either
cut him now with either method and you will not be responsible for his
contract.

Thanks Matt,

Apreciate the help with this. As I overpaid for him
in free agency, I guess its no all bad ..

I must have jinxed myself, I just lost a player on HEL Hong Kong to a lifetime
injury. Granted he is on a 3rd defensive paring but still, it spooks me out.
I think this is my 4th or 5th lifetime injury.
