Offer scholarships to everyone -- especially to players whom the tier-1 schools
might not offer them to. Also offer PT-promises to players who might be swayed
by them, again because the tier-1 schools might not do so. Lastly, you can
focus some on the upperclass transfer students which the tier-1 schools may
avoid, but again a scholarship (and maybe a PT-promise) is a must.
Have a range of invitees -- some few of the C/Bs and higher, mostly Ds, and
maybe some Fs with upside. Probably you should only invite in-region except
for no-region transfer students. Invite the max number of players (50),
probably offering scholarships to all of them and extra points to any you can
afford to do so on. Good luck!

Everytime I try and submit a list of players to invite, I get a contact
administrator error message and this has been going on for 4 days now. I have
submitted this, but have not had this situation resolved.

Mike, have you contacted Andy through the "contact" link (at the bottom of each
DEL web page) to describe the problem you are having? I am able to submit
invites both through the invite link and the formatted commands link.
