Doin't worry, I only have a couple of questions left..
how do you read the players grading
example ...BCW...I know the W means natural position is a winger, but why are
there 2 letter grades, are they talent and grade?? if so what is the
difference??

The first one is current grade and the next one is "potential."
Keep in mind that both can change for a player as they improve or decline, but
its the best guess at the potential of the player.
The biggest changes tend to be when a player first joins a pro league or at
camp time for the college players.
