It would be great to have a link in the College leagues to show the teams /
stats of up and coming High School players who would turn into recruits for
colleges at the end of the year.
That way people could do some scouting in advance and just get to know the
players a bit.

I think someone else had suggested a "high school all-star" type of thing after
the recruits are announced.
That would be cool to see the stats, but not as great as seeing the High
Schoolers all yera long.

I too would like to see high school stats generated, just like college stats
are generated for the pro leagues which do not have a DEL college league
feeding into them. After all, if one is supposed to look at stats, and not
just attributes, why not? Don't real-world coaches look at high school player
stats as part of the evaluation process?

Agreed. Why stop at just the stats tho? Coaching a highschool team would be
fun.

I doubt there would be many people willing to do that. No recruiting would be a
big minus - considering there are really few people wanting to coach a Tier III
team forever (not willing to move up having earned promotion) while there _is_
recruiting at Tier III I doubt there would be any serious interest in such a
high school league.
