There is an associated college league with every sport except for soccer. Why
is this, and is it possible to get this changed?
There are 200 Division I colleges with soccer programs in the US, and 153
Division II programs. While I don't know how many other coaches besides me
would be interested, I can definitely say that I would participate in such a
league. I love the game, but have no desire to deal with finances in any way.
Andy... What needs to happen to create such a league?

I'd play. Although, it's hard to see a college soccer league with 200+ teams
ever being more than 10-15% full. That's a lot of Bob.

So what? Let's get this thing going...Bobs or no Bobs.
We have a lot of college fans in DEL that just might be willing to give the
soccer sim a try just to have another college team, and especially to have
their real life colleges.
I think the only reason that ECHL doesn't get more popular is because of the
limited schools involved, which I know reflects real life, so not much can be
done about that.
Up until the creation of ICSA I knew absolutely nothing about soccer, thought
it was the most boring sport on the planet (even though it's the most popular),
and never dreamed that I could get interested in it. But I gave it a try and
now all of that has changed.

I'm hoping for this... would love to see this... and will keep on pushing for
this... but won't get my hopes up about this until I see a positive response of
some type from the person who would be creating this.
It all comes down to Andy's availability and interest at this point, I think.

I talked to Andy about it, he wasn't too exited, but will see, I will try to
push it, cos I think it's a great idea also.
