Is anyone else having trouble with the site running slow recently?
For the last week or so, it seems like it takes forever for pages to load, much
slower then typical. And now, today, I cant do much of anything-just keep
getting "high usage" messages.
Most of the time, its not a big issue; but when you are trying to do things
like edit football playbooks. . . I gave up even trying, a 15 minute task
taking an hour is a bit silly. Getting kind of frustrated!

Definitely, seems like the past two weeks or so. And only on the commands side.
Makes me glad I spend so much for my cable connection - only to get frustrated
waiting.

Sorry about that. Over the weekend, we were preparing the new baseball league,
BBA., which took half the CPU load for about 24 hours straight.
This is all done, so it should be back to normal. Are there really times that
are consistently bad? In general, try to avoid the hours and half-hours, but
otherwise I wouldn't expect there to be too much server load. That was the
point of the new server I got a year and a half ago.

It generally has been of ok speed for me. A couple times slow, but not
painfully slow. I have had no major issues.

In general, PHP web applications are less scalable than others. Has there been
a recent increase in the number of users on the site?
