Gang, it's that time of the year again, in which I disappear into the
California mountains for a week. No cell phones, no internet, ahh.........
Anyway, since I'm unable to access the site if there's a major problem (or for
that matter, even know if there's a problem), I'm going to turn off the DEL
scheduler Saturday night, and start it back up the following Saturday night.
This means that anything scheduled for Sunday or later will be delayed by a
week, and unfortunately the schedules posted and mailed won't be aware of this.
The site will (hopefully) be available the entire week, so you can always run
scrimmages, view your teams, and so on.

You know...it just occured to me. What if Andy were to have an unfortunate
sudden death? Is there someone waiting in the wings that is the heir to the

REally Andy, How old are you? Do you have any kind of health concerns? I Mean
that if something would happen not only would the DEL Land be crushed but we
would all be forced to spend more time with our signifigant others! That means
things like hugs and kisses and cuddling! We need to setup an emergency plan
that could be implimented incase of a DEL emergency! Especially since I'm paid
up for a while now.

I've been a non-smoker now for 2 months. That's bad enough. Now I have to
suffer DEL withdrawals for a week. And this comes as my wife is out of town
and I'm alone with two small children.
I envision Andy having a nice, peaceful trip into a mountainous retreat. I
envision me having a nice, peaceful trip to a room with rubber walls. :-)

Just to clarify because i am obsessing already..
DEL Land is dark for a week. Once Andy turns on DEL Land again all events will
be run one week later than the schedule but we won't be 'catching up' by
running all the events at that time right? We actually just lose a week.
By the way Andy good timing....This week is the one week in four I am home this
month. I was looking forward to actually spending time on my DEL teams for
once. :) Have a great vacation!
