Likely Answer: because of the burstnet ads at the top of the page. If it is
anything other than click-to-take-our-survey, it takes forever to load -- I
just refresh or double-click to get around it. Or I say forget it and come
back later. Graphics-heavy news sites load faster.

Jay, I have a very normal speed, around 2MB, and it loads fine. plus, i am sure
the ads dont have a lot of info to download.

Jay, have you tried using Firefox as your browser? Sites that lag when I'm
using IE often load very quickly with Firefox.
