I am glad he did this, but this is unrealistic for the End-of-Game...
Second down, 10 yards to go, ball is at midfield, 0:09 remaining.
Offense: Hail Mary
Defense: 7 Loose 3-2, 4-zone coverage, pass stunt
Medina (QB) under light pressure.
Medina throws 53 yards to WR Ortiz (#2 post, blanketed).
Coverage: Hammond (CB ) with help
Great diving catch made by Ortiz for 53 yards!
Touchdown!
Ortiz has gained 93 receiving yards.
The scoring drive lasted 8 plays and 1:00 and went 80 yards.
Point after attempt.
Offense: 210 I formation, TE quick in
Defense: 9 Tight 5-3, 0-man coverage
Dawson (ILB) blitzing
Dawson (ILB) unblocked.
Medina (QB) under very heavy pressure.
Medina throws ball away.
2 point conversion not good.

From the game logic, it means he would have otherwise been sacked, so the
effect on the play is the same.
You're right that it doesn't make sense reading it though.
