We all know how important order is on the All-Pro ballots, as some coaches
apparently just pick the top guys.. (evident every year by the running backs
with 600 yards)

so why is Erhlich ahead of York?

Name PA P PY PTD R RY RTD Int Sck Blk BA DP Avg
Rutherf 612 416 4681 40 50 -198 1 12 40 0 0 1115 104.2
Ehrlich 524 328 4080 30 38 -149 1 14 31 0 0 1029 94.6
M.York 649 448 4819 44 68 -258 0 11 56 0 0 1124 106.1

I hope it's not because of sacks, because that would be weak.

I'm guessing Rush Yards (which would be sacks).

Strength of schedule seems to be a factor in All-xxx ballot ordering: and
Ehrlich's team does have a higher ELoss rating.

I just can't escape from all these stupid formula's.

Yeah, strength of schedule is factored in. It's not ELOSS, though, but a
quality of opposing defenses faced (for offensive players). The idea is that a
QB who has faced better than average defenses should have his numbers bumped up
a little.
