I'd say your lack of coach rating boosting you up.
USC was 17 prestige when I left before last season, they dropped to 15 just by
virtue of Bob taking over, and since I have no coach rating because i was out a
year, this season I couldn't stop them from plunging all the way to 10. Ugh ...

Well i don't know where the hell "coach rating" comes from..
I just know finish #19 with team talent in the 40's is good, and should be
rewarded as such.

It's a combination of factors, obviously, but it's also fairly cumulative over
a number of seasons, and I'm pretty sure you knew you were forfeiting it when
you quit PSU several seasons ago.

regardless... you would expect a top 20 finish, way ahead of the initial
predictive (which was like 50).
Would warrant more than a 1 point bump from 13. At least 2.

If you were a Bob,
8 + 12*(66-18)/66 = 16.72
avg with 13 = 14.86
so with a coach rating near the no effect point you probably almost have a 15
prestige. Bet that's what you will see when the points' summary gets published.
