A)
OBAMA- Obama spoke in favor of taking unilateral military action in Pakistan if
the United States had actionable intelligence on the whereabouts of senior al
Qaeda members
B)
CLINTON RESPONSE- she did not believe "people running for president should
engage in hypotheticals" and called it a mistake "to telegraph" what U.S.
strategy might be at a time of unrest inside Pakistan.
C)
CLINTON 6 MONTHS LATER-"I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president,
we will attack Iran (if it attacks Israel)," Clinton said in an interview on
ABC's "Good Morning America."
"In the next 10 years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an
attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them,"
Hillary would make a good Republican.

Or here's a great one from Barrack.
Start of his commercial "Senator Clinton wants to engage in the old style
politics of negative ads."
Umm, so doesn't that by definition make his ad a negative ad that he is
condemning?

Ha Ha AJ .. we don't want her.
Besides, we're trying to get rid of the big government types out of the
Republican Party, not get their Queen.

So, she shows that war is sometimes inevitable, and you turn on her. I guess
that's why you don't like Bush, too? Anyone who believes in the safety of our
country sooo much they would resort to actually fighting for it should be
kicked out of the (one world order) democratic party?
I guess anyone who doesn't follow 'lock-step' with hardcore liberal ideals
should be forced into the republican party, huh? Or, if a person isn't capable
of ignoring world problems and isn't willing to make up lies to support
'anti-fill in blank' rhetoric then they should be banished to the republican
party?
Personally, I think she has more balls than any of the others who are too
scared to say what they mean. Besides, she has war time experience, too. Sniper
fire counts, doesn't it?

William, good humour regarding Hillary's sniper fire!

"and you turn on her" - please show me where I've supported her..... ever. Mr
Lockstep Bushy.
War is inevitable. Iraq was not inevitable it was stupid.

" War is inevitable. Iraq was not inevitable it was stupid. "
But, apparently, war with Iran is acceptable to some liberals...for the
possibility of WMD's...someday...as decided by a liar?? Hmmm, sounds awful
familiar to Iraq. The very war she detests.

Do you really have to decide blue or red and then agree with every single thing
on that side?
It seems in your world if someone believes in universal health care they 100%
must be against the death penalty.
If they supported the War in Iraq then they have to be Anti Gay-Marriage.

Guys, you talk about war is if it is a toy, and a fact of life, and that there
is nothing wrong with.
having personally lived one, there is NOTHING normal about a war....
A war is scary, a war will leave you with bad memories for the rest of your
lives, a war will kill men women and children of all ages, a war will bring
misery to so many people.......
stop talking about war is if its a joke and a fact of life

Karim you are so right.
To hear some talk about war... it sounds like they are describing a football
game.

There you go again. Changing subjects. There's just no discussing with
liberals, they can't seem to keep track of what's being talked about.

no, conservatives are just incapable of cognitive thinking
"war with Iran is acceptable to some liberals"
if you can't get the point of what I said. The goal wasn't top talk about the
death penalty or abortion, though I should have realized those words have a
Pavlovian effect on conservatives.

Thanks for the perspective Karim. We've seemed to sanitize war in this
country, and have made it simply a political point. My nephew is in Iraq right
now and it is very, very real to us. My prayers go out for him continually. I
appreciate you bringing this perspective.
