How do I track how my guys on the training squad are performing? Where do I
find this information at?
I am new to the game. I am trying to understand what the following means. Can
someone explain what the following means at the end of the game?
Individual player notes
Overall Offense Shots Taken Overall Defense Shots Taken
Num Name Dist Look Dbld Dist Look Dist Look Dbld Dist Look
Thanks Goose

Hi Goose, I'm definitely not an expert on the subject but here is the link to
the help file that explains it a bit (not sure if you have seen it or not). It
is at the bottom of the page.

I found some of this to be a bit confusing when I started, but someone had
posted a pretty good summary of it in the message board (don't recall who) and
I copied and pasted it for reference back when I found it. It read:
The table is divided into two parts, offense and defense, and each of those is
divided into two parts - overall average, and when shots are actually taken.
You only get data in the shots taken column if the player puts up enough shots
to be statistically useful.
The first column, Dist, is showing the average distance the player is from the
basket, on a 0-10 scale. The second column, Look, is showing how good a look
the player has at the basket. This is also supposedly on a 0-10 scale. In my
experience, a value over 5 is essentially "wide open". The numbers you are
seening (less than 1) mean you are being completely dominated by the defense.
The Dbld column is showing the degree to which the player is double teamed. It
is the only column that can contain a negative number. A postive doubled means
that the player was double teamed to some extent. A negative doubled indicates
who became open as a result of doubling somebody else.
The defensive numbers are basically the same, except they are showing how the
player that the guy was covering was going.
Hopes this helps a bit. Good luck and welcome to the league!

Oops, I believe the last word should be "doing" and not "going."
