Interesting...14-15 in the first season and thinking promotion...
Personally, my goal when joining (and later rejoining) is to take my chosen
team to the CBEL tournament. I tell my recruits that I'm with them until that
happens...

I want to move up the ladder as fast as possible. I want to get to the highest
level of competition. Of course to do that I must prove my self enough to earn
the promotions but my eye is always on getting to that big program and making
it a legendary school. Of course my coaching legend has started with this
season and the goal is always to aim for the CBEL tournament.

Well...lost in the first round of the conference tournament. Guess I am Alcorn
St's coach next year. There are worse things I guess that could happen to me
