I know there is not supposed to be carry over...

Livingston SG So 3 7 7 2 5 6 4 12 100 6' 3" B A SG

However I have had

week 7- Livingston gets injured for like 4 games

week 11- Livingston back, plays 8 minutes - injured for 5 more

week 17- Livingston injured for 3rd time, for 8 games.

my backup PF Carlozzi has been injured twice too.

same guy injured 3x this season - so far.

There is carry over even if they say there isn't ... when a player gets hurt he
seems to become a problem player all season for me. This happens a lot.

I've noticed this a lot too. Actually I think this is probably a more realistic
feature of the sim. It shouldn't be changed.

Well, if some players are more injury-prone than others... shouldn't this info
be available somewhere for recruiting/drafting/FA-signing purposes? Or is it
random, but once it occurs expect more of the same for that player for that
season?

Jay, I think it could be easily shown in a players history... i.e. games
played. However, that assumes that there is some hidden injury attribute for
every player... hmmm... stamina perhaps?

Totally random is the way to go, just like in real life: with thousands upon
thousands of simulated players, there's bound to be a few who roll snake-eyes
over and over again, which does a good job of simulating the RL
randomly-injury-prone (hello Ken Griffey Jr or Grant Hill?) player. I had an
EAFL OG take 13+ week injuries in THREE consecutive preseasons: just dumb luck,
but it sure seemed like a RL snake-bitten Cleveland Brown.

Stamina is an indicator for short term injuries.

I think the more tired a player is the more likely he is to be injured.

Did you have him playing the whole game without subs?

Agreed, David. I used to ignore stamina type stats in EPBL till my 0 st 3B
kept getting hurt.

This guy is on a sub 5 though, so he's getting max rest...

just rough season all round I guess.
