Does anybody know if adjustments should be made regarding pitching
aggressiveness when playing in a pitcher friendly park as opposed to when
playing at a batter friendly park? My team's pitching seems fine when playing
at home with shorter fences, but they tend to give up a lot of hits when
playing in a bigger park. Should I make changes per series or should it not
really even matter?

I don't know, but to me it shouldn't matter.
I've elaborated on my perspective in the 'Arg!! not again' thread.

If you have higher aggression, you're going to give up more homers period.
Obviously you'll give up even more in a batter friendly, since long flies now
go out. There's only 10 feet worth of difference. Compare your homers allowed
in batter friendly vs pitcher friendly and see if it's worth it.
On a side note of coaching controls, I found another "lack of control" problem
recently.
I've been platooning at 3B and CF down the stretch this year. What I've found
is that if a lefty starts the game, my righty CF and 3B are the first pinch
hitters off the bench, but they hit for the wrong positions (either the pitcher
or another position). Then I'm stuck with my vs L starter against a righty
bullpen for the last 3 innings, when what I'd really want to do is save my vs R
starter to pinch hit for the position player, then just finish the game.
I'm trying to work it out through the pinch hit list, but ultimately I'm just
hoping that I guess the right number of pinch hitters used before my vs R
starter appears in the list. But if I put him down too far, then even if he
gets in the game he'll get pinch hit for himself.
Frustrating.
