These are my starters. I know, more then 4 starters. PTP mess up. Anyway, Is it
worthwhile to try to squeeze Evans in the rotation? Does his defense make up
for his horrible contact.

I don't think so...you have enough lefties and his contact is rather horrible.
Maybe it would get better after training because he does have room to grow.
