My pick is going to be Georgia Tech I think coach Mark Z has the players and
talent to help the Yellow jackets win their first national championship!

Very possible.
Meanwhile your pick of Tenn Tech having a better chance than NC State isn't
totally off the wall either.
Region 10 has a combined record of 169-75. The next closest is region 16 with
a record of 156-83.
But we'll see. There are several teams that have what it takes to win it all.
Personally, Ga. Tech, Miss St, Mizzou, Baylor, and Ok St are high on my list.
