Guys, I'd just like to open up a thread about the France 1940 scenario. This
is the introductory scenario that uses rule sections 1, 2, 3, and 11, as well
as the scenario rules.
As a first step towards resuming work on Axis Tide, let's all take the chance
to play through this scenario at least once, preferably online against an
opponent.
My recollection is that the scenario plays out pretty smoothly, with the only
major concern being whether we want Germans to be massing "generic" forces to
blitzkrieg, or if they need specific armor units. (This scenario won't really
be the one to tell us what feels better, since the French are just on
defense...)
Anyway, if you'd like to put some other generic comments about the France 1940
scenario, let's start up this thread and we'll discuss them.
