Following the franch line is the ID number of the player to be given franchise designation. This player can be bid on by anyone when he becomes a free agent, but will have a high minimum bid. You can only give a franchise designation to an unsigned player on your roster. Example: FRANCH 1245 DONE will designate player 1245 as your franchise player.
