Request Title: Fifth Year of Eligibility
Description
The NCAA has voted to let all players have 5 years of eligibility. This means we need to remove the redshirt rule. I purpose calling the 5th year player as 5h in the year column.

The fifth year of college eligibility has been added to all college sports, effective immediately. Redshirt commands have been removed from the roster controls, and any previously designated redshirts will be ignored - that is, redshirted players can be used in your lineups without limitation and without penalty. Likewise, players who played as true freshmen will get a fifth year of eligibility before graduating.
On roster screens, the five years will be displayed as true freshmen for the first year, and redshirt freshmen through redshirt seniors for years two through five, regardless of whether or not they actually played as 18 year olds.

After giving this some more thought I think it is a very good change that goes along with the recent PT demand changes quite well. With the pt demands change, the strategy of developing good recruits or walk-ons via a redshirt year is not as relevant.
Just a thought - you could also use the current redshirt designator to indicate a Sr in their 5th year (or a Fr in their 2nd - which would carry forward just like the current system for redshirted players).
