Request Title: UFAs Opt to Resign
Description
The age when a player can become a UFA in pro hockey leagues was recently changed from 30 down to 27. I have noticed that since that change was made, almost all the players aged 27 or older when their contracts expire are opting for free agency rather than considering re-signing with their current teams.
It seems that to be realistic a certain percentage of players would be interested in staying with their current team and would be willing to re-sign prior to hitting the open market.
I would like to see a change so that more players would be open to re-signing with their teams before going to free agency.

The game is intended to err on the side of more players opting for free agency than would be perfectly realistic, in order to make the game more competitive. That said, I'm willing to rebalance if enough folks feel strongly.
Not seeing a lot of interest in this, so declining this change request.
